Long Holiday weekend, with lots of Cupcakes

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Spent most the time making lots of cupcakes for lots of orders. Also, got the time to rent Julie and Juila. Good movie for the foodies out there.

A Tinker Bell 4th Birthday!

Tinker Bell made a visit to Indio for Aaliyah's 4th birthday! She was suprised and very excited. Charles, who ordered the cake, said "wow the cake is amazing."

The Circus comes to Palm Springs!

I was happy to be able to make "Circus Theme" cupcakes (gluten free BTW) for a 6th Birthday in Rancho Mirage for Sage! He was so excited!

6th Annual World Aids Day at LOOK Restaurant

Made alot of minis cupcakes for a very worthy function at LOOK Restaurant in Palm Springs for the 6th Annual World Aids Day - Fill The Food Pantry for Desert Aids Project.

Patrons brought non perishable food and made donations to help fill the pantry for DAP.

Everyone enjoyed Red Velvet, Chocolate Classic, Carrot Cake, Pistachio and Cookies N Cream mini cupcakes.

A Mad Hatter Sweet 16 Birthday Theme!

The young lady celebrating her Sweet 16 requested a Mad Hatter, Alice in Wonderland Theme for her cake and cupcakes. 3 Tiers of yummy cake and lots and lots of cupcakes. Some even had "Eat Me" written on them! Happy Birthday!

Another Successful Palm Springs Wedding!

Congratulations to Jenn and Skip from Del Mar who were married this weekend at the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs. I met Jenn and Rich for a tasting a while back and they were very happy with all the cupcakes, so decided to have minis, so all their guests could sample all the flavors :)
I am a very lucky guy to be able to make cupcakes and make people smile!

Was invited to make some Savory Cupcakes for an event for Palm Springs concil member Ginny Foat. The host asked me if I also do savory cupcakes and Yes I do.

The guests were treated to Ham & Cheddar, Sun dried Tomato Basil, Zuchinni & Toasted Walnut, and B.L.T.
I also brought along one of my most popular, Chocolate Peanut Butter Salty Caramel and they disappeared :)

Cupcakes for the opening Of Cinema Diverse! at The Lucy House Palm Springs

It was a great night at the Lucy House in Palm Springs. I had the pleasure of making lots of mini cupcakes for the opening night party of Cinema Diverse! taking place at the Camelot Theatres in Palm Springs. Guests enjoyed the official cupcake of The Lucy House, Red Velvet and also Pomegranate Chardonnay and Cosmos!

Ross the Intern - The Tonight Show - Happy Birthday!

Ross "The Intern" Mathews friends called from to make surprise birthday cupcakes for his visit here in Palm Springs at the Ace Hotel. His friend Kim said that he really liked white wine, so I made some Pomegranate Chardonnay cupcakes! I had to try one myself and they were good! Kim met me in the lobby of the Ace Hotel and we set up the cupcake tower while Ross was still at the restaurant. Happy Birthday Ross!

Congratulations to the staff at Yve Saint Laurent at the Desert Outlet Mall. They sold the most hand bags in a large contest! Lisa and the staff were surprised from the NY Team with Over the Rainbow Cupcakes customized with fondant hand bags and logo!

Yet, another busy weekend and that is a good thing. A request for custom butterfly cupcakes for a 1st Birthday. I handmade chocolate and fondant butterflies, then topped them on the yummy cupcakes. Happy 1st Birthday to Kaylin.
